Toujours en Ile-de-France, l&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres lanc\u00e9 par le Crous de Versailles afin de r\u00e9aliser une restructuration des espaces de restauration et de la cuisine du restaurant universitaire Les C\u00e8dres d&rsquo;Orsay (Essonne) ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 infructueux, la proc\u00e9dure est relanc\u00e9e pour une r\u00e9alisation des travaux en 2002, permettant au resto U de servir 3 000 repas\/jour. A Paris-m\u00eame, la caisse des \u00e9coles du XIV\u00e8me arrondissement recueillait en avril les candidatures pour les travaux d&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;une banque de self dans deux \u00e9coles \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires.
